Mind and Body Workout Boot Camp is designed to help uncover the healthy, fit, energetic body you have hiding inside.

Here is what you can expect:

Boot Camp for Women is aimed at helping you achieve your personal best!
Each workout is one hour, 5 days per week for 4 weeks (a less intense schedule is
also available)
NOBODY will be left behind, and nobody will go home unchallenged.  This camp is
designed for all fitness levels.
Classes consist of Cardio drills, weight & strength training, core training, power/flow
yoga, stretching, balance and flexibility exercises.
You will achieve great benefits from these intense workouts. You will get stronger,
more coordinated, and confident. You will notice changes in your size and shape. The
more committed you are to making healthy lifestyle choices, the more quickly you will
move toward reaching your goals.
